I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their invaluable contributions toward the excellent achievement of the Grade 12 class in the 2022 NSC exams. Once again, last year’s results reflected the tremendous hard work and dedication of our learners, staff, and parents. We proudly achieved a 100% pass rate and 84.8% bachelor passes! Your collective efforts have led to these remarkable accolades. Congratulations to the Class of 2022!
Our staff remains committed, caring, and professional in all they do as educators. We are justifiably proud of these achievements, which continue to demonstrate that NHC is recognized as one of the highest-achieving schools in the district, province, and country. I salute not only our learners but also their parents and teachers for their unwavering support.
I’m often asked by prospective parents, “Why should I bring my child to NHC?” It’s a valid question, given the many choices available in the world of private education. The best answer I can give is simple: come and see for yourself. The success of a school is built on many factors, but at NHC, we believe strong parent-school relationships are key. These relationships strengthen the bonds between parents, teachers, and learners, and they are what make our school truly exceptional.

Principal's report - 2023
Success, both in personal and professional life, is not always about achieving every goal but about feeling fulfilled with the progress made. Reflecting on Little New Horizon College, I feel immense pride and joy. Each day I visit the school, I am greeted by the enthusiasm and warmth of both the staff and students—a truly rewarding experience.
The staff are the heart of the school’s success. Teacher Amanda’s compassion in the Baby Class, supported by Agnes, is truly exceptional. Teacher Ané’s dedication to the RRR Class brings warmth even to the coldest mornings. In Grade RR, Teacher Desiré, alongside Topsie and Teacher Kelo, work passionately to create a nurturing environment where every child feels loved. Grade R is guided with structure and care by Teachers Ouma, Vanessa, and Hanri, ensuring that learners are fully prepared for Grade 1, with Alina always ready to assist. Special thanks go to Teachers Nonhlanhla and Jolene for their unwavering support during maternity leaves. And in the office, Teacher Grace is the backbone of the school, managing everything with remarkable precision.
Malume Willie keeps our grounds immaculate and ensures all the toys are well-maintained. Our therapists, Teacher Bambi and Teacher Erika, work tirelessly with our Grade R students to prepare them for the next level. Parents, you can trust their guidance regarding your child’s readiness for Grade 1.
The staff at Little New Horizon College are not just contributors to its success—they are its success. Parents are truly fortunate to have such dedicated professionals shaping their children’s early education.
